What Causes Missed Period After Unprotected Intercourse?

Ok so my friend and I had unprotected sex on November 11, and I am pretty sure I did not finish in her, but she did take the Plan B pill the very next morning to be safe. She also had to take the Plan B pill a week before because of another incident of unprotected sex. We took two pregnancy tests within a span of four days of eachother and both after her scheduled period and both were negative. Her period was supposed to come December 2nd, but it is now two weeks late. What is going on?

Understand your concern
Missed period in your case may be pregnancy due to failure of plan B pill.
But chance is only 5 percent if you had take plan B pill with in 72 hour of unprotected intercourse.
Other causes:
Hormonal imbalance as a you used plan B pill two times, excessive stress, sudden change of life, thyroid disorder, Oravian dysfunction, excessive weight gain or less.
I wold like to suggest to consult the gynecologist if period will not come. Get the tests like full hormone profile, blood HCG and USG. If pregnancy is there manage accordingly. If no pregnancy you can also induce the bleeding by medroxyprogesterone.
