What Causes Missed Period Along With Nausea And Stomach Cramps?

I was supposed to get my period on May 31....took a pregnancy test today it was negative. I have many pregnancy symptoms like nausea cramping and tired. I am also on macrobid for uti I got yesterday. Could I still be pregnant? We did have sex on the 18th although he didn t ejaculate inside me. My last period was May 4th which means we had sex around the time I would have ovulated.

Hi,

Delayed period with nausea can be due to pregnancy or other hormonal imbalances (thyroid,ovarian causes or pituitery problem / PCOD or physical or psychological stress). Pregnancy can be diagnosed or excluded by home pregnancy test done after 8 days delay in pregnancy. Please repeat HPT test if not done at proper time.If it's negative...please consult a gynecologist for expert examination and needful investigations and get a confirmed diagnosis, followed by specific treatment.
