What Causes Missed Period Along With Negative UPT?

I was supposed to start my period on the 14th of this month but my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on the 13th. Therefore, when the 14th came, I had no period. It is now the 22nd and I have taken 2 at home test and 1 at the doctors including a blood test. They have all come back negative. Is there still a possible chance that I could be pregnant? I dont have an email address so I cant get your answers. Please tell me some other way.

As you had sex 1 day before the expected date of menstrual period, the chance of you being pregnant is less. I recommend you to wait for another week as your menstrual period might be delayed and may start in a few days. If you do not get your period even after 1 week, then repeat a Urine pregnancy test to know your pregnancy status. If your urine pregnancy test turns out to be negative then you need to visit your gynecologist for a complete evaluation.
