What Causes Missed Period Along With Stomach Cramps?

First off im about 10 days late I ve been getting faint postive pregnancy test an negative also an not on all same brands different brands I also take alot of benadryl for sleep issues an have been for over a year and I ve read where that could effect my test results.... also I ve had this odd dull cramping feeling but nothing like before my period comes cramps an nauseous horribly an my boobs an back hurts terribley??

Hi,

Alternating positive and negative pregnancy tests implies there is a problem with the various tests and a conclusion can't be made based on that. However, the most common cause of a missed period is pregnancy, sure that will only be possible if you have had sexual intercourse during your fertile period.

I will suggest you get tested properly in a laboratory if you cant get a reliable pregnancy. If the test is positive, you need to do an ultrasound to be sure of the location of the pregnancy. If negative, you observe a little more.
