General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern. Based on your description, the delay in your periods could be due to certain hormonal changes happening inside your body. Also, there might be an associated anemia due to low hemoglobin content. Kindly get the following investigations done:

1. Complete hemogram in blood sample.
2. Serum FSH and LH levels in blood sample.
3. Ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
4. Urine routine examination.

Kindly consult gynecologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope the information provided would be helpful. I will be happy to help if you have further queries. All the best.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S
