What Causes Missed Period Despite Having Regestrone?

normally my period cycle is 30 days. my last period date is 16-nov, but still I didn't get my periods, I have checked the pregnancy test 6days later (23-Dec-14). But its negative. I went to doctor for this. They gave Regestrone tablets for 3 days.... but still I didn't get my periods. pls adivse.........

Hello

the pregnancy test is negative and The hormonal preparation that you have been prescribed is progesterone. The progesterone helps to regularize the menstrual cycle.

Delayed menstrual cycles are expected in background of history of irregular periods.

you can wait for 3-4 days more.i think everything will be alright.

sometimes menstrual cycle can shift 10-15 days either side of the cycle.
