Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
If pregnant, a pregnancy test will come positive by the time you miss your period. If the tests were done with valid test kits, pregnancy may be eliminated. There are many other conditions that may make you to miss your period or be late and may also give you the other symptoms you present. Some of these causes may include: hormonal imbalances, stress, exercise, PID/STI.I will suggest you just stay calm and expect. If no menses in say a week, you see the Gynecologist for evaluation and investigation.A pelvic ultrasound may be needed for initial evaluation and if need be, hormonal checks and STI work-ups may be requested.
Hope this will help
Best regards
