What Causes Missed Period, Pink Vaginal Discharge And Stomach Cramping?
Not sure when my last period was, could be a month or 2 ago. Yesterday I felt light headed majority of the day, and after I went pee I had a light pink discharge after wiping, today my stomach is cramping BAD. Could this mean I m pregnant, havinga miscarriage or period ?

If you are pregnant then it may mean that there are complications but you should consider a pregnancy test.
