hi i have had the coil fitted for just over 2 years now always had a regular period every month. not last month but month beofre i spotted and then last month i missed a period, iv been feeling tierd and i seem to be having lots of cramping one and off more so after sex. can you help me

In my opinion, you should go for beta HCG first to rule out ectopic pregnancy which can occur even if you have cut in. Also, check if your cut is this, at right place or not and check by USG if it is missed and act accordingly, and consult your gynecologist immediately.
