What Causes Missed Period While HPT Is Negative?
I haven t had my period for the last three months, though I have an irregular period. I had protected sex three-four months ago. I took two pregnancy tests over the past month and both showed up as negative. Is there a strong likelihood that I am pregnant?

Repeated negative urine pregnancy tests rule out pregnancy.
Missed menstrual cycles can be due to hormonal imbalance.
Menstrual irregularities are most common due to hormonal imbalance, although there are many causes of irregular periods.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
