What Causes Missed Period While HPT Is Negative?

hi i had my periods one day then took norethisterone for three days tostop it,then i got my period three days after. three days after my period i took clomid tablets and now i got mixed symptoms and on testing i am not pregnant..but am day 37 without periods.what is wrong?

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the missed period at this point of time after consuming norethisterone 3 days and clomid after 3 days for ovulation induction; which should be started on 5th day of last day of menses and continued for period of 5-7 days.

Now, I would request you to wait till next menstrual cycle and get detailed prescription of all medications with your doctor in order wise fashion to avoid any hassle of menses and mix up with pregnancy symptoms.

At present , you are not pregnant and the urinary pregnancy test is perfect in that regard.
