What Causes Missed Period While HPT Is Negative?

hi Sir, Recently, i got married and we took all precautions.but now I missed my periods, its about 57 days long till now i didn t get. i did pregnancy test for three times with one week gap.what may be the reason for the delay of periods.i went through thyroid test and PCOS test before marriage and both were normal please give a solutions.Is it sure that i m not pregnant ....?i am worried.

Delayed periods could be because of hormonal imbalance or stress also. As your repeated pregnancy test are negative you are unlikely to be pregnant. Still if you want to confirm you can get serum bhcg levels which are more specific in diagnosing early pregnancy.
