What Causes Missed Period With Negative Pregnancy Test?

I have missed my period this month. I have been having headaches and vomiting.a milky looking discharge is comeing out of my breast and all test have been negative. And the top of my stomach is getting bigger. Could I be pregnant but a UTI could be causing the negative results?
