What Causes Missed Periods Along With Abdominal Cramps And Appetite Loss?

Hey. I missed my period last month and i still havent gotten it this month im having cramps and lost of appitite, blood spottings white discharge i havent gotten pregnant yet i dont know if i am. I had clymidia before. I always been sexuallly active but never gotten pregnant im trying with my husband for about a year now. What does this mean.

Just now you have spotting And white discharge per vaginum along with abdominal cramps

First of all rule put conception by urine hcg card test..

Second here possibility of chlamydia or candida infection can be there

Your work up needed as follow for primary work up...
-per speculum examination
-pelvic examination
-pelvic USG

According to cause specific treatment given

If still cause not found than random sugar estimation, thyroid issues etc has to be ruled out

With keeping this in mind consult gynecologist for examination
