What Causes Missed Periods Despite Having Normal Ultrasound?
I went to my doctor who performed multiple tests and an ultrasound and said I m perfectly fine but that I could have bv. I haven t had a period for 3 months which it off because it usually comes like clockwork. My husband and I started trying to conceive when all of theses problems started to arise, is there anything that could cause this maybe the doctor didn t look for?
An amenorrhea in your case may be due to any other cause besides pregnancy like stress, hormonal disturbances etc. However, bacterial vaginosis usually does not cause amenorrhea. Therefore you are required to look for some other cause, if you do not have the period of its own and pregnancy test is negative.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
