What Causes Missed Periods While HPT Is Negative?
Hello doctor .after baby birth on 8 april 2014 my periods back on 17 June 2015. But after two months I again missed my period .last time it was on July 23, 2015. I was in relationship with my husband on 30 august 2015. I have done pregnancy test .result was negative. What is the cause of periods missing .2 months have been passed.

I really appreciate your concern, you are lactating mother then conception would be very less likely still it can not be taken as granted and test need to be done to rule out the pregnancy and best test would be ultrasonography, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
