What Causes Missed Periods While On Sesonique?

ive been on seasonique for 10 years now. I recently just took my "period" pills and I did not get my period, not one ounce of blood came out. I have not been sexually active in over a year. Is this normal or should I be concerned? Ive never had this happen.
