What Causes Missed Periods, White Discharge From Breasts With Negative Pregnancy Test?
I have had my tubes tied for 15 years. I have always been regular with my cycle. Now I noticed my cycle is two weeks late, I have a white discharge from my breasts with no tenderness noted, I took a pregnancy test that showed negative. I do have some problems with my glucose levels lately. They have been running high and I think I have a mild yeast infection. Can you tell me why my cycle hasn't shown up?

Hi,recent on set of irregular cycles, raised glucose level with fungal infection suggest diabetes which may be due to insulin resistance. This may cause PCOD which leads to irregular cycles. So with these symptoms you are required to get evaluated with investigations like USG abdomen and pelvis, GTT and TSH levels . Theses will help us to diagnose your problem. Get back with the investigations report for further discussion on the management.
There are numerous reasons for a delayed period, but some of the most obvious causes in your specific case could be infections, a hormonal imbalance diabetes, etc. Please visit your doctor for appropriate correction.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
