What Causes Missed Periods With Negative Result In Pregnancy Test?
My menstrual cycle is 33 days. Today I am on the 60th day. So that would make my period almost 4 weeks late. The last day of my period was on Oct. 13th. My period has NEVER been this late. I ve taken at home pregnancy test and they come out negative. Today I had sharp, pin like pain on my lower right side. On a scale of 1-10 I d say about a 3 or 4....I ve also gone to the doctors and that pregnancy test came out negative

Delayed periods could be because of many reasons like stress, hormonal imbalance, etc..sharp could be due to nonspecific colitis. Two negative tests rule out pregnancy.you can wait for few days ,still if you don't get periods you can take medroxy progesterone for withdrawal bleeding.
