General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You get a USG done, and control of diabetes is a must. Take care of your diet, sleep, and drink lots of water. Do online 'Art of Living' course [sahaj]. More than 90% are somatic causes and can easily be taken care of in this course. It is very helpful in diabetes and you can also get an appointment from an endocrinologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
