What Causes Missed Periods?
I have missed my period this month and I m still a virgin so there isn t a possibility that I am pregnant. I have lupus and next week will be tested for celiac disease, I will also be having my gallbladder out next month due to it not functioning. What could be causing my missed period? Is it anything I should worry about?

As you are virgin, pregnancy possibilities are ruled out and the polycystic ovarian syndrome or ovarian cyst are the most likely diagnostic possibility. Kindly get an ultrasound of the pelvis done for best evaluation and management guidelines in this regard.
