What Causes Missing Periods, Breast Tenderness And Dizziness?

HI. I have missed two periods and have taken two pregnancy tests, both negative. I have breast tenderness and dizzyness but no other pregnancy symptoms. I have had one baby already so know what to look out for. I'm very healthy and active, 30yrs old. Any suggestion?
