What Causes Mole Like Appearance On The Penis?

Hi doctor.Three months before I saw a small black colour mole on my penis shaft start .after three month near to that another one more came and now in this month again one more came.there is no pain or irritation .y it is coming like tat.any disease or something plz clarify

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
If it is not change in color, pain sensitivity,no blood: it is harmless.
But you have to examine it repeatedly.
Following are the causes of your problem:
1. Fordyce spots
It is found on the head of the penis or the shaft.
They are normal minute sebaceous glands and are just part of the natural structure of many penises.
There's absolutely no need for any treatment.

2. Pearly papules
Pearly penile papules are also normal. They are very small bumps. They usually appear around the glans (head) of the penis in a row.
they don't need any treatment.
But if you really want them removed for cosmetic reasons, this is sometimes possible.
3.Hair follicles
