What Causes Mood Swings Along With Disorientation And Hallucination?

A 45 year old male friend, over the past 6 months has started to have the following symptoms; sudden mood swings and beavioral changes, irritability, one small seizure, memory lapses, intermittent disorientation, periods of hypercleaning for no reasn, one hallucination, a couple of falls related to balance, some occasional slurred speech and difficulty finding the correct word, insomnia, and generalized apathy.

it can be addictionpotorpsychological problem. in case of addiction consult deadiction clinic or consult neurologist for examination and adviseontreatment.
