What Causes Mood Swings And Stomach Discomfort While On Watson-853?

I take hydroco/APAP 10-325 mg mfg. Par p yellow pill with a V on it. They changed mfg.Actav it s a white pill with Watson 853 this pill does not work for pain and makes me have mood swings and makes my stomach fill sick is there a difference in ingredients . I m bone on bone on my knee plus other things

Both the pills contain the same ingredients of Acetaminophen-325 mg and Hydrocodone-10 mg. White capsule-shaped pill with imprint WATSON 853 contains Acetaminophen/Hydrocodone-325 mg/10 mg and is supplied by Watson Lab.

Elliptical Par p yellow pill with imprint V also contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone 325 mg / 10 mg and is supplied by Quality Pharmaceuticals. Mood swings and stomach could be due to less effectiveness of the pill supplied by Watson Lab.
