What Causes Mood Swings, Headache, Hot Flashes After Insertion Of Contraceptive Implant?
Hello I had the implant inserted about 2 months ago and I have been experiencing mood changes, bad headaches, hot flushes, sore muscles and lack of sex drive I am a bit worried and sore because I am having headaches everyday and my mood goes up and down and this is bad because I have major depression. If you are able to mail me back with a bit of advice I would appreciate it thank you

Usage of hormonal implants can cause mood changes due to hormonal imbalances. if the symptoms are very severe, you should consult your gynecologist. they my change the method of contraception since the hormonal implants may not be suitable.
