What Causes Mottling On The Back Of The Arms With Numbness And Heart Palpitations?

I have a 17 yr old son who was playing racketball tonight. He developed purple mottling on the backs of both arms along with very cold skin on the mottled areas. He also complained of feeling lightheaded and had some localized numbness in the mottled areas. His heart was beating very hard at the time. He felt better after stopping the game and the mottling appeared to get better but he still complained of the lightheadedness. I am concerned he may have an undiagnosed heart problem. Could this be the case with those types of sx during exercise?

hello, your concern is genuine.
Stress induced ischemia with tachycardia and cyanosis is the first symptom of underlying heart disease. consult a cardiologist for getting a stress test/ Echo cardiogram.
