Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern.

As per your query you have symptoms of mouth blisters and soreness after eating meat which is mainly because of food allergy. You get sudden out break of soreness after been exposed to allergen i.e meat. Need not to panic about it.

I would advise you to take vitamin C. in diet properly. Drink 2-3 glasses of orange juice. Gargle your mouth alternatively with hot and cold water. Drink tomato juice or eat raw tomatoes. Whenever you will have meat it should be properly cooked then you will have no allergic symptoms.

Sip green or herbal tea after meals to soothe effects of sores in mouth. Don't take aerated drinks till the time ulcers don't heal completely.

Maintain hygiene of oral cavity to prevent bacterial growth for any kind of gum infection. Brush twice daily with flossing. Keep using antimicrobial mouth wash as you are already using.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get well Soon.
