I have several hard lumps on the upper part of my foot. I can move them with my fingers. They are the size of my thumb. Can move them side to side to side. any ideas? And now because my wallet is in my truck and its 1:34 am, I will start fresh tomorrow and take pics or video as well. Hoping you can offer some advise. Like what I see so far, hope this is some convenience!

HiCan understand your concern. As per your query the hard lumps on your foot which are movable is more likelly seems to be lipoma. You need not to worry if it is not painful.Ýou need to reduce fat and cholesterol contents from your diet....But if these are painful you need to consult a physician and ask him to get your lipid profile checked. The most possible permanent treatment of lipoma is surgeries. Hope the information helps you. Takecare.
