What Causes Movable Lump On Testicle?
I recently found a lump on my testicle but sometimes it is in other places, I can sometimes feel it on the right side of my testicle then other times on the top or to the left and when I push it I get a sharp pain. Also my left testicle it quite a bit smaller than my right, im 17

If there is an unequal testis , you need to be investigated by ultrasonography and also by clinical examination by an Urologist to see what is the moving lump?
This is a very rare presentation that there is a mobile lump in the scrotum.
It is better to get this removed if ultrasonography suggests so.
