What Causes Mucoid Cough And Bloody Nasal Discharge?

I have been getting over a cold/flu so I think for about 3 1/2 weeks now. Well tonight I got to coughing so bad (which I thought r was done with that) that I got sick but it was only mucous not food. It had small amounts of blood within it and when I wiped my nose after it had blood on the tissue. It wasn't much but I didnt know if I should worry.

The blood is because of severe strain caused by coughing. Please take Ayurvedic Medicine Sitopaladi Churna 2 tsp with honey 3 times a day, along with Tribhuvankirti Ras 2 tabs 3 times a day. The problem will be cured.
