What Causes Mucus Discharge During Defecation?
So a couple months ago I had a almost jelly or mucus like substance coming out every time I went to poop. It went away for a while but it has come back recently. It can be clear or white or light pink and one time it was orange whenever I wiped. It's like a mucus or jelly I'm not really sure how to describe it. I'm not sure if I have an infection or not. It hasn't come out in about two days but now I have a scratchy throat and a stuffed up nose.

Chances of protozoa infection of GI tract is very likely, if I would be your treating doctor then I would treat this condition with the following medicine, for the throat condition this could be allergic disorder wait for some time this would come around on its own,
1) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for 7 days
