What Causes Mucus Drainage From Rectum Along With Mild Abdominal Pain?

I am a healthy male, 39 years of age. I m 69 inches 185 lbs. For the past 60 days or so, I ve experienced more gas than what I would consider normal & with that, I ve had a mucas type fluid leak from my rectum. I have sudden urges to void the bowels more frequently than normal as well. There is some stomach pain associated with this when voiding the bowels also. When I do have a movement, the stool is solid for the most part, however, the mucas fluid is in with the stool. Please help if possible
