General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Following are the causes of mucus in the blood
Ulcerative colitis, IBS, Bacterial infection, Anal fissure/polyp
I would suggest to undergo stool microscopy, colonoscopy, and physcial examination to rule out above causes.
Meanwhile take following advises:
Continue norxamin capsule before the dinner.
Capsule sporolac, tablet ciplox-Oz
Drink plenty of lukewarm water, Consume soft diet like banana, boiled rice, curd and butter milk
Avoid cheese and spicy/oily/fatty food
Hope this may help you
