Drink pelnty of luke warm water
Salt water gargle
Eucalyptus oil in steamy water (Hold your head over a bowl of steamy water and cover with a towel and inhale the vapor)
Avoid dairy products
Drink hot tea with honey
Use a humidifier in your room
Avoid chemical cleaners and stay away from irritants like paint fumes or molds
Quit smoking of you are taking
Eat spicier things like wasabi, hot chili, and garlic
Medicines like decongestants to prevent build-up, use of OTC expectorants like diomenic DA, antihistamines like levocetrizine for allergies
If you have burning sensation then drugs like
pantoprazole on empty stomach will help you
