What Causes Muffled Hearing And Dizziness Without Inner Ear Or Sinus Infections

iv been stoped up and my hearing is muffled i went to the doctors and they said i didnt have a inner ear infection or sinus infection but im still fill bad when i wake in the mornings i get dizzy i will take sinus tablet and it seems to work for a while

This would be important so that the specific cause can be treated.

IF the symptoms improve with the use of sinus medication, this would imply that there is some sinus involvement.
They may not be infected but may be simply inflamed or irritated.

An ENT specialist would be the best person to determine if this is the case.
