General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

So posterior cervical lymph nodes are common in infants. However if they are enlarging, or associated with fever, then they need to be investigated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Loveleen Sharma, General & Family Physician
