What Causes Muscle Ache Along With Chills And Numbness In The Fingers?

My 33 year old daughter is shivering and complaining of generalized muscle achiness, feeling extremely cold, and numbness of her fingers. Her temperature is 98.6 degrees F and B/P 133/79. She said about a week ago her lymph nodes in her axillae and groin were swollen. Should I take her to Urgent Care?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I think she is suffering an infection and maybe sepsis.
You should send her to ER to verify cause and to help her stabilise blood pressure, temperature and hydration.

Take care.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
