Hi sir i had sex with ahiv 1 positive lady during sex the condom broke insidee her when i removed my penis the condom is half away my penis i removed the condom and washed my penis with water and urinated after that incident after 2 days i tested for elisa its negative afyer 20 days of incident i tested for pcr rna it came negative afyer 40 days i tested for wester blot test it came negative i dont have any fever any diarrehea i have som e muscle aches and sore thraot its gone but now after 50 days of incident im getting pain in my auxillary behind the second rib lymph and pain in my armpit is it cause of hiv plse answer me im soo afraid

Clinically it is never possible that when you have sex with HIV positive partner you will be infected. So there are little chances of 0.04-0.1 that means out of every thousand or two one can be infected. As you have done blood tests and it is repeatedly negative, you don't need to worry any more. The symptoms of HIV starts spreading to your body after 5 - 10 years of exposure, when AIDS starts developing. As for as your case is concerned repeat PCR test after 3 months for your satisfaction though you seem to me HIV negative. Your symptoms may be psychological or related to other conditions.
