I have muscle aches and pains all the time especially when I sleep. If I sleep in one position too long it hurts, so I m constantly shifting my position. And I am also tired every day. I don t go anywhere or do much because it hurts, even to clean house. What is wrong with me?

Thank you for posting your query at healthcaremagic.com I strongly advice you to get in to everyday general body excercise, and recreational activity. 1.This include warp up, cool down with one of the below component depending on your age and health status- stretching exercises, Aerobic exercises Swimming Yoga 2. Apart from above you can have oil free(fat free diet) light meals. The small meal multiple times in a day will help you stay active. 3. If your matress is too soggy or soft please change it to firm. 4. Correct your posture. Do not attain wrong posture as it changes the body alignments 5. Hot water fermentation Hope all the above life style modification will help you releving aches and pains.
