What Causes Muscle Cramps And Dizziness After A Heat Stroke?
If I had heatstroke I did not lose consciousness and didn t go to the doctor. It isI still feel some effects from the stroke but possibly could be sick with a virus. I temperature is normal now but still feel muscle cramps so much confusion dizziness. My family was sick prior to me hitting that hot. I was doing a job in an attic it was very hot I had to leave the house the attic because I was too hot and got nauseous and threw up and felt horrible and I felt horrible since. My question is if I actually had heatstroke didn t get treated for it what are some of the symptoms a day later that I should go see the doctor. What is something that I should do if I don t stay out of the heat for a while? Anything else
As we lose lot of water and electrolytes with dehydration, due to heat stroke, muscle cramps can happen. Just slowly hydrate yourself and it should be okay.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
