What Causes Muscle Cramps While On Lovenox Post A Total Knee Replacement Surgery?
Had a total knee replacement on 4-5-2017 and have begun horrific cramps in calf on surgical leg. I had injections on Lovenox while off Coumadin and resumed Coumadin last Tues (4-11-2017 after INR was 2.0. The cramps (much like a Charlie Horse, but much more intense). Other than stretching what else can I do
