What Causes Muscle Knots Around Shoulder Blade Area?

Hiii I have muscle knots around my shoulder blade area and they don t seem to go away. I have gone to a physio and they have massaged me and loosened up the muscle but it doesn t seem to be getting rid of any of the knots. I am only a teenager and have lots of them but I don t know how to make them go away I ve tried everything

If I were your treating Doctor for this case of muscle knots around shoulder blade area, I would come up with three possibilities, these include:

1.     lipoma or dermatofibroma or neurofibroma
2.     The second possibility is of a benign cyst like epidermal or sebaceous cyst     
3.     The last possibility is of some normal / developmental nodule like muscular nodule or just a feeling for you!
     
Overall, it is benign and not to worry about this but you could go for FNAC test for confirmation if still worried!
