What Causes Muscle Pain After Delayed Urination When Suffering From UTI?

Last dec. 23, I had a fever, back pain and muscle pain in my legs and then the following day i went to the doctor and had my check up. i was diagnosed to have a Urinary tract infection with TNTC pus cells results of urinalysis. now I am under medication for almost 4 days and sometimes I still have a feeling of slight pain in my legs... I just want to ask what is the pain that I am still experiencing right now,. I noticed also that I had this muscle pain but slight pain if I had delayed in urinating
