Starting 2 days ago I have muscle pain in right shoulder blade area with surface itching. It tightens up when turning my head to the right or stooping over reaching with right arm? I do not feel any pain in my spinal area. Active 80 yr old with significant history: 80% resection lower right lung lobe 58; removal of spinal cord tumor d-4 to d-6 84, Hep C diagnosed in 2000 probably from 58 transfusion treated with two 11 month rounds of traditional treatments but relapsed each time, then finally eradicated with combined Sovoldi & Olysio but significant liver cirrhosis, Waldenstroms lymphoma diagnosed in 2007, in remission again after 3rd round of chemo: kidney stones treated/with lithotripsy3 times but I ve never had a pain; gallbladder has shadowing stones and sludge with Mild nonspecific gallbladder wall thickening is seen. The proximal common duct diameter is within normal limits measuring 0.4cm. This is reported on numerous six monthly sonograms followup Hep C liver. Most recent last week showed no significant changes from 6 months ago. Had routine visit with PCP yesterday who recommended I not take Advil due to liver condition and just use topical analgesic. It didn t satisfy my concern. Only prescription meds are Finisteride for prostitis and Potasium Cirtrate for kidney stones (high Oxalate - 72 and calcium -355 counts.) I m wondering about gallbladder issues but have no other typical symptoms. Ken
