Hello,
The muscle pain you are experiencing may be due to stress/strain,
dehydration, low blood electrolyte levels, tendon/ligament soreness or inflammation,
nerve damage,
varicose vein or blood clots etc. Apply pain relieving ointments & ointment Thrombophob for relief. You can take muscle relaxants like Baclofen or tizanidine, one SOS when needed for relief.
Take rest, keep your legs elevated on a stool while sitting & on a pillow when on bed. Light stretch exercises & applying ice pack are effective. You are suggested to get clinically examined, get all required blood workouts & investigations (imaging tests) done to rule out
chronic venous insufficiency, developing sciatica, PID,
diabetic neuropathy, etc. Wear proper shoes & maintain correct posture.
