General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
We have to rule out possible causes like peripheral neuropathy and vascular disease.
Detailed evaluation is required including Doppler scan and nerve conduction study.
An MRI scan is also required as prolapsed discs can also lead to similar symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
