hi , i have been sick since few days , and day by day the symptoms solidly change . i start with muscle pain and nausea , stomach upside down . now i have a tireless goes all over my body , my head is confuse and my stomach still sensitive , muscle pain behind my neck i m a bit worry

Hello,

It can be viral gastroenteritis like infective condition. In viral infection, muscle pain can occur. Symptomatic management is done for that.

Paracetamol like over the counter analgesic can be prescribed for that. Rabeprazole like antacid prescribed for a stomach issue. I suggest you consult a physician for a detailed evaluation.
