What Causes Muscle Spasms Above The Temples While Suffering From Migraine?
I ve had an extreme headache for over a week. Extreme pain in my temples and now a couple of times I ve had severe muscle spasms above my temples that cause the pressure in my head to worsen. I suffer from migraines but this is a new symptom I ve never had.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a migraine.
Muscle spasms are found in a migraine but not very often.
I recommend you to use muscle relaxants such as Baclofen.
I also recommend using heat compresses for relief.
