Hello my name is Marie and I am concerned about silent Strokes recently I have been having muscle spasm around my chest and in between my shoulder blades into my to my neck I feel like they are silent strokes and I m really concerned about this if you can give me need some tips on consists matter I would highly appreciate it thank you so very much and you have a wonderful day
Hello there I have read through your question and understand your concern. What you are describing is not silent stroke but seems like you are experiencing animal pain. It can be the indication of an underlying serious cardiac condition and needs further investigation. You should visit a cardiologist and consider getting a 24 hour holter monitoring. Avoid doing any strenuous activity and avoid stress as it may aggravate your situation. You may also need to undergo a coronary angiography depending upon the results of your holter. Other causes of intermittent chest pain can be Gastroesophageal reflux which can be diagnosed by a physician on detailed history and examination. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
